当选总统唐纳德·特朗普的就职典礼将于1月20日星期五在美国华盛顿特区举行。就在就职典礼周末后的1月23号，欢迎来北京美国中心和我们一起与领导全球公共政策领导人的深入对话，他们将在美国领导层的新时代提供他们对美中关系未来的见解。

就在特朗普总统准备在一月份入主白宫的同时，世界正在关注全球经济的稳定和发展。Xiao Geng教授和Richard Hu教授将重点讲述中美关系中的机遇和不确定性。他们将着眼金融市场中的感知与现实的作用，以及总统竞选的非常规修辞及其对世界最具影响力的双边关系的潜在影响。

Richard Hu是香港大学政治及公共行政系系主任。Xiao Geng是香港大学商学院和社会科学学院金融与公共政策实践教授。

The inauguration of President-elect Donald J. Trump will take place on Friday January 20thin the U.S. Washington, D.C. Join us at the Beijing American Center on Monday January 23rdjust after the inaugural weekend for an in-depth conversationfeaturing leading global public policy leaders who will offer their insights into the future of U.S.-China relations in a new era of American leadership.

As President Trump prepares to take office in January, the world’s attention is focused on global economic stability and development. Professor Xiao Geng and Professor Richard Hu will highlight the opportunities and uncertainties in U.S.-China relations. They will look at the role of perception vs. reality in financial markets, as well as the unconventional rhetoric of the Presidential campaign and its potential implications for the world’s most consequential bilateral relationship.

Richard Hu is Head of Department of Politics and Public Administration at the University of Hong Kong.Geng XIAO is Professor of Practice in Finance and Public Policy at School of Business and Faculty of Social Sciences of the University of Hong Kong.

This program is not suitable for children under 16.
