Our dynamic and forward thinking financial services business in central London is currently seeking a Business Development Manager. This is an excellent role that has huge scope and growth potential. Our company is supervised by Financial Conduct Authority. We are looking for strong professionals who have around 2+ years experience in China's banking and capital markets who have a demonstrable track record in developing an existing customer base by acquiring new business and expanding the accounts of existing customers. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is a required as a significant among of our partners and investors are Chinese. To help you hit the ground running and start to make an effective contribution to the team and UK office. 

-   International business development. Utilising existing client resources to explore business opportunity

-   Fluent in both Chinese and English

-   Bachelor and Master degree within or outside UK

-   Preferably has accumulated clients relationship in china with major PE, JC or banks

-   Outstanding communication skills and teamwork skills

-   Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to deal with changes
