今天AXN宣布将融资300万美元，目的就是为了对其麻醉药物拳头产品替利定进行融资。替利定，产品名“盐酸替利定片”，是一种人工合成的阿片类麻醉止痛剂，作用于中枢神经系统，选择性抑制痛觉，而对其他感觉无影响，可保持意识清醒，属于麻醉性镇痛药。

奥星药业将定向增发融资300万美元

2015年9月25日新泽西讯：奥星药业（代码:AXN）今天宣布，与机构投资者签署最终协议，将注册定向增发股票融资300万美元。

具体发行方案是，公司将以1.275美元单价发行235万2491股普通股。此外，此次发行中购买股票的投资者，每购买1股，将获得公司发行的购买0.75股普通股的权证。该权证的行使价为每股1.74美元，有效期为发行后6个月至5年半，过期作废。如满足特定成交条件，本次增发预计在2015年9月29日左右完成。

公司预计，此次注册定向增发所筹得资金将用于新药盐酸替利定片的初期市场营销计划。

H.C. Wainwright & Co.下述公司Rodman & Renshaw将作为本次发行的独家代理。

本次融资的方式是定向增发，虽然价格大幅低于AXN股票现价，但其中一条值得注意：同期发行权证。而权证的行权价实际上比AXN现价还要高。

这是一种捆绑发行，即认购股票的机构投资者，同时会获得权证，二者价差较大，不会令投资者在发行过后大肆抛售，反而会尽力将股价维持在行权价1.74美元上方，这样才是不会亏损的。

而AXN现价还低于1.74美元，现在如果介入，风险极小，收益或许非常大，交易29号完成，即还有2个交易日，在此期间，如果AXN股价大幅拉升，请不要惊讶！

再从技术面来看，AXN走势也是看涨的。

AXN与同行的表现对比

与同行的表现相比，ANX去年以及过去一个月表现都处于领先地位。AXN过去一年股价飙升了676.74%，远远超过了同行中值水平——6.89%；而过去一个月AXN上涨了17.61%，而同行平均却下跌2.43%。这都显示，AXN表现远比同行强势。

目前AXN处于横盘整理区间，正在伺机准备突破的机会。一旦打破盘整区间，AXN将有望重回强势上涨趋势。
