北京时间凌晨3点，美联储宣布加息25个点，加息之锤终于落地。

声明中表示：此次决定是委员们全体一致投票通过的，侧面证明了大势所趋。正如耶伦在记者会上说的“拖太久没准会出问题”。确实，美国已经有10年没加息过，炒作加息预期也快两年了，要是“狼来了”迟迟不来，将会失信于天下人。

我们来看看12月的声明中有什么新的值得关注的字眼：

总体而言，考虑到国内和国际的发展情况，委员会认为经济活动和劳动力市场的风险都处于平衡。（Overall, takinginto account domestic and international developments, the Committee sees therisks to the outlook for both economic activity and the labor market asbalanced.）

上一次的声明中，用词是“接近平衡”

鉴于经济前景，并认识到政策行动对未来经济前景造成影响所需要的时间，委员会决定将联邦基金利率的目标区间提高至0.25%－0.5%。此次上调之后，货币政策的立场仍然保持宽松，从而支持劳动力市场状况的进一步改善，以及通胀重新回归2%。（Given the economic outlook, and recognizing the time it takes for policyactions to affect future economic outcomes, the Committee decided to raise thetarget range for the federal funds rate to 1/4 to 1/2 percent. The stance ofmonetary policy remains accommodative after this increase, thereby supportingfurther improvement in labor market conditions and a return to 2 percentinflation.）

这段颇为重要，仿佛是说“我们是加息了，但由于通胀还很低，所以还会宽松一段时间”。这样的表述属于较为鸽派的加息。

委员会预计，经济状况将以保证联邦基金利率仅渐进式提高的方式发展，在一段时间内，联邦基金利率可能维持在低于预期长期利率的水平之下。然而，联邦基金利率的实际路径将取决于未来数据显示的经济前景。（The Committeeexpects that economic conditions will evolve in a manner that will warrant onlygradual increases in the federal funds rate; the federal funds rate is likelyto remain, for some time, below levels that are expected to prevail in thelonger run. However, the actual path of the federal funds rate will depend onthe economic outlook as informed by incoming data.）

这段意思就是：这次加息是不得不为之，但之后加不加我们说了算。非常有可能加完这一次就要歇上好长一段时间再加第二次。总之就是一切还要走着看。

消息公布后，外汇市场如坐过山车。美元指数如下图所示，来回洗盘。无论你做多还是做空基本都被打掉止损。

再一次验证了我们此前的友情提醒：别在消息公布后马上进场操作，因为这段时间内价格被操作得太严重，你根本不知道它要往那个方向走。
