The Opportunity

Global{M} seeks a new permanent recruitment consultant to join our London based team. As the successful candidate, you will work alongside, and receive support and training, from our other London based consultants.

You Will Be

• Responsible for working with international client facing offices to understand client requirements, and to translate this into appealing advertisements in the European and Middle East technology markets

• Responsible for vetting prospective candidates to company standards, and to better prepare them to live and work in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) and Europe 

• Working cooperatively and cohesively with our existing team and businesses

• Committed to the promotion of safeguarding, child protection, safer recruitment and the welfare of children, young people and adults

Skills And Qualifications

• High level of written and spoken English is essential

• Educated to degree level

• Good IT skills / Knowledge 

• Organised and detail orientated with strong and efficient follow through

• Ability to handle a diverse and constantly changing workload and list of priorities

• Ability to build relationships with candidates and work supportively and proactively within a globally dispersed team

• Speaking another language would be advantageous (French, German, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin, Cantoneese)

Experience

Evidence of the following is advantageous but not necessary:

• Experience in Customer Service / Sales / Commercial environment, particularly sales (business to business preferred) or recruitment

• Recruitment experience
