GEG Travel is an European Tour Operator specialising in Chinese-language travel products. We are a global company with local offices in the following cities:
Asia | Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou, ChengduEurope | Rotterdam (HQ), London, Paris, Budapest, Rome and Frankfurt

For our London office we are now recruiting a fast-learning, hard-working graduate to join our team as Office Intern. 

Your role will be challenging and varied. 

Responsibilities 

• Be first point of call for our customer's phone calls; respond quickly and put them forward to the right person
  

• Welcome visitors; make sure they are greeted warmly, make coffees and teas and give assistance to our sales staff
  

• Office management; make sure that the office is presentable and tidy at all times, make sure we have enough stationary and everything is working
  

• Be good at organising; keep track of all receipts from our suppliers and file them
  

• Have a good eye for detail; we will ask you to create company documents, so you must be very careful using the right font, letter size and right logos, so it looks professional
  

• Assist the Director with day-to-day running of business

Qualifications

• Minimum requirement completed 2 A-levels
  

• Fluent in Cantonese and/or Mandarin and English (reading & writing is a must!)
  

• Good grasp of business, so preferably previous experience within family business or part time jobs
