About The Role
On behalf of our client, a leading financial services group we are looking to recruit for an individual with solid experience in Customer Services- Retail to deliver effective and efficient banking services and to assist with the day to day operation of the Branch. The role is based in London (chinatown).
Responsibilities
Cashier Duties and filing management
Provide efficient, helpful and courteous customer service
Promote, present and sell banks products and services
Cover positions at reception and open counter when required, of which duties include performing transactions, answering customer enquiries, opening individual and business accounts and handling customer complaints, etc
Work in Sunday Opening shifts
Ensure that all activities comply with compliance requirements as defined in bank policies and procedures
Undertake additional duties delegated by branch management when needed
Knowledge And Experience
Finance, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or MBA degree
2+ years experience in a similar Customer service role
Experience within Financial Services industry (desirable)
Fluent in Chinese and English languages with both Chinese and British background
MS Office, Internet Access, Lotus Notes
