近年来留英的同学们越来越多了！毕业之后留英？回国？究竟何去何从呢？
先来看看最近几年到底有多少同胞们来到英国留学！
从2010年到2014年每年的中国留学生都是直线上升，到2015年，在英国留学的中国学生数量已经超过15万名。
到了2014-15学年，第一次来英就读大一的中国留学生人数已经达到了58810人，超过了出所有欧盟国家留学生人数总和57190人。
出国攻读硕士学位的留学生，主要选择国家都是英国。
2011年38% 攻读硕士学位的留学生选择英国，到了14年近一半的留学生选择去英国攻读硕士。
从以上数据里不难看出，留学英国，身边的中国同学肯定会越来越多，竞争也是越来越大。因为学历只是职业生涯的门票，同学们留学，也是为了以后可以找到更好的工作。
那么每年英国留学毕业之后的就业状况又是怎样的呢？
先看毕业后留英回国的就业数据：
根据《留学人员回国就业报告》数据显示，2013年回国留学人员从共计35.35万人，占同年出国人数共计41.39万人，回国人员占到了出国人数的85.41%。其中近25%的归国人员来自英国。
这就意味你毕业后有将近8万个小伙伴也拿着英国大学的毕业证在找工作！
竞争激烈程度可想而知。
那么这些从英国回国的同学们是否找到了工作？薪资又是怎样的呢？
根据《留学回国就业蓝皮书》数据，找到工作中80%以后上的海归月薪不足一万人民币。其中32%的博士生，40.86%的硕士生，47.74%的本课生月薪在5000元以下。
留学英国学费带生活费成本每月平均都在3万人民币，找到工作薪资却不足一万，反差确实很大。
《2014海归就业力报告》显示过半海归考虑过收回留学成本，数据显示，63.7%的海归认为5年内可以收回留学成本，其中36.4%的人认为需要3-5年。
那么根据教育部《蓝皮书》分析，为什么现在从就业比例到薪资比例都大幅下降。
除了非常主观和客观的问题：
1. 出国人数增加，竞争激烈，光环退去
2. 留学生能力降低，回国就业眼高手低
另外还有以下两点很重要：
3. 在出国前及出国中没有具体的职业规划，导致就业难
4. 近半海归没有与求职目标相关的工作经验
留学生职业规划有意识，没方向
《海归就业力报告》调研显示：85%的海归表示留学前及留学时，有想过进行相关职业规划，但真正实践并形成科学职业规划体系的人只有20%。
工作经验需要与求职目标挂钩：
根据《就业力报告》调查：只有30%上下的留学生所从事的打工和实习与未来求职目标相关。但是一般，不相关及完全不相关的比例非常高。
工作经验可以直接提升就业机会和未来工作收入：
数据显示：有过实习打工经验的海归人员收入明显高于没有经验的海归。超过95%的已就业海归表示如果在海外有1-2年海外同领域工作经验，回国求职及收入会有明显优势。
再来看看毕业后留在英国工作的怎么样：
前程无忧网统计：
目前在国内工作的留学生对工作满意者仅11.8%，在海外工作的留学生满意度则要高得多，达到43.2%
但留英难不难？看看以下数据：
2014年一共有310,195名国际学生注册入学但是同年留英人数只有5639人：
不到2%的国际学生顺利取得了工签，而且这是所有的国际学生，包括的美国，加拿大，这种非欧盟英语国家，所以可想而知能留在英国拿工签的中国小伙伴确实是少之又少。
英国有资质颁发Tier 2 及Tier 5签证的公司就有29575个，按理来说找份工作留在英国不难，那是为什么让同学们找不到有工签的工作呢？

·通过不了工作申请阶段及面试
