Company Fusion is working with an exclusive Mobile Technology Company selling high end, luxury smart phone solutions to VIP customers. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join their flagship store in Mayfair, London.

Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Greet, serve and advise customers, giving the highest standard of customer service at all times

• Develop loyalty by building relationships with our client`s customers through a personal shopper? Style approach to sales

• Represent our client's brand as an Ambassador by promoting the values and ambitions of the brand within the market place

• Demonstrate product knowledge in all aspects such as HW, SW and Design and to have anawareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions

• Identifying and meeting customer needs

• Understand the product benefits and advantages, prepare strategies according to it and be able to execute those strategies at the righttime

• Up-sell and cross-sell new products or services to existing customers

• Follow up on sales as part of an after-sales customer service program

• Ensure keeping up with new product development and features

• Ensure customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer services

• Meet individual and company sales targets

The Person

• The successful candidate is a dynamic and inspiring individual with an enormous passion for technology, lives and breathes gadgets and innovation and eager to pay it forward

• You will have 5 years' experience in a sales environment with proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• You must speak Android fluently

• You must be Tech savvy; with the ability to quickly understand new mobile phones, interfaces and capabilities

• Speaking Russian, Arabic or Chinese as a mother tongue would be an advantage

• Luxury retail experience would be an advantage

• Perfect communication and customer service skills

• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including days, nights, weekends and holidays
