Information On The Company
This company is an award winning, regulated, global financial services company, providing customers with multi-asset and multi-market trading capability through financial spread betting products, leveraged Forex trading and CFD trading. Their strategy to grow the business worldwide is proving very successful and they need motivated graduates to help them with this expansion.
The Role
This is a permanent graduate position with a starting salary of £20k.
As a Client Support Executive you will be supporting clients on a Global basis, but have some focus on the company’s Chinese clients.
Key Responsibilities Of The Role
Day To Day Responsibilities
Running on-line searches and matching / comparing against internal and external company listings
Administering the setup of new client accounts
Taking incoming and making outbound calls to / from clients
Responding to client enquiries via email
Processing client withdrawals and internal account transfer requests
Assisting clients with the use of their accounts and the online platform
Providing basic technical / trading support for clients
Electronic filing, scanning and photocopying, and archiving documents
Mail mergers
Sending out welcome letters to clients
Candidate Requirements
You will be a recent graduate who is fluent in both Mandarin and English
You must have excellent written and spoken communication skills and be confident communicating with clients and colleagues at all levels
You will have good Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
Any experience working in Customer Services, especially within the Financial Services Industry, would be a bonus
As they are dealing with customers on a global basis, candidates with any additional language skills would also be particularly welcome
