China Holidays was formed 19 years ago. We are a leading inbound tour operator / ground handler for the Chinese market. Our Chinese clients are visiting the UK and Ireland either as HNWI on private holidays or as part of business delegations on official business trips

The role

Due to further expansion and development we are now seeking a senior assistant operations manager for our Inbound Operation team. The position is in our centrally located office in London NW1 ( Baker St Area )

The role will involve of building strong working relationships to increase the level of international activity with existing and potential clients in both China and the U.K.

Skill Required

• Excellent communicational skills in BOTH Mandarin and English

• Ability to write in both languages fluently, is essential

• At least three years experience of working in Inbound Travel Industry

• Good understanding of BOTH Chinese and British culture

• Experience of dealing with Chinese government officials and good networking skills are preferable

• Applicants must be educated to a degree level preferably with a degree from a UK university

Applicants must be currently in the UK, flexible, enthusiastic, well organised and self-motivated with a good interpersonal skills. All applicants must have the necessary work permit / residency qualifications . Complete knowledge of Word and Excel are also required.
