The Opportunity

Our client, a dynamic spread betting company based in the City, requires a Client Support Executive who is willing and able to get involved in a variety of tasks to help and support the Accounts team. This is a permanent position to start ASAP and your working hours are likely to be 8.00 am - 17.00 pm Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

The main duties of this role is running on-line searches and matching, administering the setup of new client accounts, dealing with client enquiries via email / telephone, processing withdrawal requests from clients and taking deposits over the phone. 

Other duties include providing technical support regarding Company platform and services, liaising with international offices regarding new accounts and client support enquiries, electronic filing, archiving documents, mail mergers, sending out welcome letters to clients and any other ad hoc duties as required. 

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level with some work experience. You need to be a confident communicator with the ability to make a high volume of outbound calls each day. You need to be customer focused with the ability to build credibility and rapport over the phone and in person, have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, able to use your own initiative as well as work as part of a team. All candidates MUST be fluent in Chinese and fluent in English.
