岗位职责:
1、负责微信、微博项目日常内容的文案编辑,主题策划,并能根据客户不断调整 
2、负责微信微博项目活动策划,做好跟踪维护;结合当下热点编辑各种微博/微信 内容吸引粉丝;
3、提高所服务项目粉丝活跃度和参与度,与粉丝做好互动,对粉丝的网络行为进 行分析与总结,加强客户黏度; 
4、能自发根据热点,节点,提出有新意的活动创意、活动方案撰写、以及后续推 广执行、与公司各部门或外界资源沟通协调;
5、负责客户接待、咨询工作,为客户提供专业的房屋租赁及咨询服务;
6、了解客户需求,促成租赁业务,并负责业务跟进和房屋交接等后续服务工作;

任职要求:
1、广告学、传播学、市场营销专业优先; 2、有过新媒体同行业工作经验,善于研究微信新技术新应用,以更好体现新媒体的营销优势; 
3、具备出色的策划能力、优秀的沟通应变能力,逻辑性强;能把握客户需求并提出微博微信营销策划方案; 
4、有较强新闻敏感性和文字功底,可根据热点快速撰写与项目相关议题、主题策划等。 
5、工作高效,态度积极,责任心强,工作细心; 
6、从事相关策划工作1年以上,了解新媒体营销战术,有项目统筹经验者优先考虑7、英語能力(讀與寫)EXCELLENCE LEVEL

The Role:
  • As a Mandarin speaking Business Analyst you will act as a critical conduit between business users and delivery teams. Your skills will enable you to act as ‘the bridge’ between visionary stakeholders and the teams that build World First capabilities.

  • You will need to be an excellent listener and be able to understand what is important to World First. You will be an amazing verbal and written communicator, a tactful diplomat, a problem solver and an intelligent thinker.

  • You will have to deal with stakeholders in a rapidly changing business environment to understand and respond to their needs. You will be able to process vast amounts of information and will have a fantastic attention to detail but still be able to ‘think outside the box’ and challenge concepts and norms.

  • This role will encompass a project specifically focussed on on-boarding Chinese businesses. This enables World First to provide ecommerce solutions to Chinese corporates.

  • This will include doing internal and external research around the Chinese markets and this person will speak directly to Chinese business directors. As such, it is fundamental that this person is fluent in Mandarin.


Key responsibilities will be:
  • Responsible for working with Product Owners and other product stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these business needs into requirements.

  • Work with Continuous Improvement Specialists and all parts of World First to review business processes.

  • Map detailed processes for current and future state customer journeys and business processes.

  • Produce high level functional and non-functional requirements based on business needs.

  • Develop Agile ‘user stories’ articulating feature requirements in a way that IT developers can easily understand, size and deliver.

  • Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with the development of business cases for new project proposals.

  • Work closely with the World First compliance team to ensure that our compliance obligations are incorporated in all change initiatives.

  • Work with the World First legal team to ensure that contractual / legal aspects are appropriately included.

  • Perform analysis across end to end processes throughout the project management lifecycle.

  • Provide support with the project team and external clients during the testing phase to ensure that the project deliverables meet the requirements defined at project initiation phase.


Experience/Knowledge required:
  • A basic understanding of the project lifecycle.

  • An understanding of documentation techniques and business analysis methodologies.

  • A strong analytical mind with an ability to understand and distil down complex business processes.


Experience/Knowledge desired:
  • Some client facing experience would be useful.

  • Dealing experience would be a bonus on the Chinese project.

  • Some experience of working in a project environment would be useful.

  • Some experience with user acceptance testing would be useful.

  • Experience in foreign exchange and financial services an advantage.

Key Role Requirements
  • Higher education/degree equivalent qualification in a business/accounting related subject.

  • Previous experience in a similar role

  • Good at using office software package; SAP skill is desirable.

  • Able to work individually as well as being a team member.

The Candidate 
If you have commercial marketing experience and are fluent in English and Chinese we'd like to hear from you! 

You'll be writing marketing material and speaking to customers in both English and Chinese so these skills are essential for the role. As we're looking for a Marketing Assistant to really put their stamp on our marketing strategy you will need to have experience working within a marketing role previously and be able to bring commercially-viable, innovative and effective ideas to our business. 

A degree in marketing (or equivalent) would be seen as highly beneficial and you will need strong Adobe Photoshop skills to produce the marketing material.
