SCQuARE trainer and consultant and work with some of the world’s largest organisations all over the globe. 

-  Finding, shaping and selling opportunities to a client network

-  Delivering and managing SCQuARE Training programmes

-  Facilitating SCQuARE Strategy workshops

-  Leading and developing client relationships across the business

-  Delivering quality programmes to the highest level of client satisfaction

-  Consulting on the leadership and management of strategy workshops

-  Successfully maintaining high-level client relationships and meeting / exceeding client expectations, Identifying and develop value-added service opportunities

All of our consulting professionals receive full training covering our approach to the SCQuARE methodology, business acumen, and consulting skills development. We offer a variety of formal and informal training programs at every level to help you acquire and build the necessary skills. Learning takes place both on the job and through formal training conducted online, in the classroom, or in collaboration with teammates. The sheer variety of client work we do, and the experience it offers, provide an unbeatable platform from which to earn great money, do great work and travel the globe. 

The package is negotiable but will be made up of 3 components – retainer, delivery fees and sales commission.

The ideal candidates will demonstrate excellent communication skills, high personal standards, a high degree of creativity, ability to develop intellectual capital and professional ethics. You could be based in any location and you must have the spirit, ability and desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment and the hunger and desire to take the strength of our proposition and develop business. Language skills such as German, Spanish or Mandarin would be a bonus.
