Purpose
The 2 purposes of the one
day FinComs 101 course are :
to assist the candidate to perform well at the second interview to win the senior role; and
to assist the finance professional to explore ways and techniques to influence the rest of the business , including the C-Suite.
Audience
The course is aimed at the accountant seeking a higher position . Many times the candidate proves themselves technically in the first interview, but has difficulty performing well in the second interview which usually considers cultural fit and soft skills. This course aims to NAIL the second interview.
The course is aimed at the finance professional who has a lot of interaction with the business. This will include the analyst, the financial controller, the management accountant, and the CFO.
