美国大使馆与中国知识产权法律协会以及北京大学知识产权校友会合作，诚挚地邀请您听取美国司法部助理司法部长（ AAG ） Makan Delrahim 有关竞争，知识产权和经济繁荣的讲座。 AAG Delrahim 将讨论强大的知识产权对于保护一个成功和充满活力的经济的重要性，并将就如何校准竞争执法来最大限度地为消费者利益带来创新分享他的观点。 他还将讨论国际参与加强创新和竞争的作用，并讨论他希望美中继续就这些问题进行接触。 2017 年 9 月 27 日， Makan Delrahim 被确认为反托拉斯部门的助理司法部长。 Delrahim 先生曾任副总统助理和白宫副法律顾问。

The event will be in English.

The U.S. Embassy, in partnership with the China IP Law Society and the Peking University IP Alumni Association cordially invite you to hear Makan Delrahim, Assistant Attorney General for Antitrust at the U.S. Department of Justice, speak on competition, intellectual property, and economic prosperity.  AAG Delrahim will discuss the importance of strong IP protections to a successful and vibrant economy, and will share his views regarding how competition enforcement should be calibrated to maximize innovation for the benefit of consumers.  He will also address the role of international engagement in enhancing innovation and competition, and discuss his hopes for continued engagement between the United States and China on these issues.  Makan Delrahim was confirmed on September 27, 2017, as Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division. Mr. Delrahim previously served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Deputy White House Counsel.
