We are actively looking for a series of negotiators (Sales/Lettings) and Administrators join busy teams in Canary Wharf. We are looking for people who are:

Part/ Full Time Negotiators

• No relevant experience required (if you have that would be great). We looking for who self-motivated, driven, intelligent, computer skills, be able to market Ruyi.

• Full UK Clean driver’s license

• Proven ability in hitting (if not exceeding) set targets

• send & update mailing lists and templates for sale and rental property to prospective tenants, landlords and buyers

• Send & update & create monthly news article to be sent to landlords and buyers

• Flyer drops around London to local business and out on the street at lunch

• Call and log tenant inquiries on Domus system

• Taking pictures of properties for advertisement

• Carrying out basic inspection for properties with inspection form

• Going out on visits to local business with Ruyi T-shirts and advertisement material to pitch Ruyi working and advertising with local businesses

Part/ Full Time Administrators (Graduates)

• No relevant experience required (if you have that would be great). We looking for who self-motivated, driven, intelligent, computer skills, be able to market Ruyi.

• send & update mailing lists and templates for sale and rental property to prospective tenants, landlords and buyers

• Send & update & create monthly news article to be sent to landlords and buyers

• Flyer drops around London to local business and out on the street at lunch

• Call and log tenant inquiries on Domus system

• Registering tenants on the system

• Built up the social media side of the business

• Update social media pages – new properties, events been to and hosting, property news, general information etc…

• Basic administration and flying roles

• Uploading properties onto the market and writing descriptions for them

• Taking pictures of properties for advertisement

• Carrying out basic inspection for properties with inspection form

• Going out on visits to local business with Ruyi t shirts and advertisement material to pitch ruyi working and advertising with local businesses
