In this role, you will be responsible for working with our outsourced vendor to drive acquisition and account management of small businesses across Australia and New Zealand. Ideal candidates will have partner management experience in a telesales environment as well as extensive experience selling online marketing solutions. This position is located at our outsourced vendor in Auckland with frequent travel required to our office in Sydney.

Responsibilities


· Be an expert in Facebook’s small business solutions

· Build coach and manage a high performing sales team focused on account management to exceed sales targets

· Drive product training curriculum and perform hands-on training

· Analyze sales and quality metrics and dashboards with focus on maximizing sales and ROI

· Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure best practices are implemented

· Ensure our small business clients receive the highest level

· of service from our third party vendor

· Work with the vendor to ensure that the Facebook culture is reflected as much as possible in our outsourced vendor.



Requirements


· 4+ years of experience selling Facebook advertising solutions to small business

· Previous experience with account management and consultative, analytical-based selling

· Prior experience managing salespeople is a plus

· Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals

· Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment

· Understand SMB befahavior and be able to explain online marketing solutions in ordinary terms

· Excel modeling and SQL knowledge is a plus

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Strong leadership and coaching skills.
