We have a fantastic opportunity in our Kitchen Brigade for a passionate Commis Chef who is an expert in Chinese food wishing to expand their culinary horizons. You will bring your passion and skills to surprise and delight our guests throughout the dining experience. This busy hands-on role includes service preparation and delivery through the different meal periods, predominantly evening/late night shifts to cater for groups of Asian origin.

In order to be successful for this role:
•Previous experience in Chinese cooking essential.

The Chinese Speaking Customer Service Guide is responsible for providing excellent customer service to visitors to Dart River whilst developing quality relationships with suppliers, tour guides and drivers to increase visitors and sales. This role will also be responsible for providing translation services for our team at Dart River.
The successful applicant will need to demonstrate:
•Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management;
•Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to relate to a variety of cultures;
•Experience in both retail and tourism;
•Fluency (written and oral) in English, Mandarin and Cantonese;
•Good understanding of Chinese practices and customs;
•Confidence speaking and translating in front of large groups;
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages;
•Sound analytical and reporting skills.
We operate seven days a week and applicants must be available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

The Contract Specialist role is to support the managers ensuring that effective and robust contract management takes place as well as commercial control of its customer and suppliers contracts.
