据国外媒体报道，美国职场网站Glassdoor.com日前公布了“2015最受员工欢迎奖(2015 Employees' Choice awards)”，Facebook得分超过谷歌和苹果，成为最受欢迎的雇主。
可能因为公司的影响力，也可能是因为公司提供舒适的工作环境和免费食品，Facebook的员工对他们的雇主评价很高。
职场评论网站Glassdoor每年都会对各大公司的员工进行调查，以评选出“50个最佳工作场所”。评选的指标有职业机遇、待遇、福利、工作和生活平衡、高层管理、文化和观念。今年，Glassdoor共收到50万份反馈，Facebook最终成为最受欢迎的公司。
一位Facebook的产品经理称：“公司领导层真正相信，Facebook是为了一个更开放和更紧密的世界而生。团队很小，不过有很多自决权。每一位个体和不同观点在这里都有一席之地。”
除了Facebook，另外有19家科技公司进入前50名的榜单中。其中，Riverbed Technology排名第3，谷歌第6，美国国家仪器公司第8，LinkedIn第14，英特尔公司第31，苹果排名第34。
谷歌和苹果连续五年榜上有名，但是均没能进入前5名——而且排名比上一年有所下跌，谷歌从去年的第5名跌到今年的第6，苹果则从第10跌到了第34。Facebook虽然从三年前才开始参与评榜，但是入榜第一年(即2010年)就被评为最受欢迎公司第1名。去年，Facebook跌到了第3名，不过今年重夺榜单第1。
Glassdoor公司CEO罗伯特·霍曼表示：“最受员工欢迎奖是一间公司最高的荣誉之一。因为这个评选是一个权威的评选，而且是员工满意度的真实反映。得益于工作场所的透明度，工作环境和待遇的相关信息对于员工和求职者来说越来越重要。”
