Strategize and implement global digital campaigns, being responsible for all marketing channels in order to drive customer awareness and sales;
Work collaboratively with senior management team, providing guidance and recommendations to efficiently and effectively attain company’s needs for each marketing project;
Responsible for creating and managing project timelines utilizing information provided the company;
Design and implement effective marketing projects for the company marketing materials in Chinese e.g. brochures, presentations, digital advertising, social media & PR;
Lead the marketing team and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to develop strategy and positioning of ongoing local marketing projects targeting our key clients;
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly at a senior level;
Head up the marketing team with clear leadership, managing project budgets and implement insight-driven marketing plans that support the marketing project to drive profit;
Develop new partnerships, relationship with targeting clients and negotiate pricing and contract terms;
Analyse and summarize effectiveness of marketing programmes from the marketing research and lead focus groups, surveys, promotional feedback and other survey methodology;
Oversee the training and performance evaluations of the Attraction & Lead Generation marketing team
Bachelor degree or above;
Experience marketing project budget and experience in managing a marketing strategy;
Strong team management skills and confident defining and rolling out new and improved process;
Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills;
Good command of Mandarin is preferable (particularly able to write and speak fluent Mandarin as you are required to deal with our large number of Chinese clients).
Running on-line searches and matching / comparing against internal Company listings
Administering the set up of new client accounts
Dealing with client enquiries via email and telephone
Processing withdrawal requests from clients
Taking client deposits over the phone
Providing technical support regarding our platform and services
Liaising with international offices regarding new accounts and client support enquiries
Electronic filing
Archiving documents
Mail mergers
Sending out welcome letters to clients
The candidate must have some working experience which can have been gained as an internship or work experience during studies. Chinese language is essential.
The work experience should demonstrate that they have experience communicating with a variety of different people, particularly on the phone.
It is important that applicants have excellent written and spoken communication skills and are confident communicating with colleagues at all levels.
Be fluent in Mandarin and English
Have a strong Sales background
Ideally have a degree in Engineering or Marketing
Have a driven and resilient attitude
Be flexible due to International travel arrangements
A track record of developing product knowledge
