Key Responsibilities

• Prepare investment plan and budget for the UK senior management and Europe head office

• Investigate the opportunity of investment and M&A

• Draft the initial Proposal for investment and M&A

• Facilitate the approval process of the Proposal

• Organize and coordinate the Due-Diligence required

• Draft summary report on Due-Diligence results

• Organize and coordinate the negotiation process

• Suggest on strategies and or solutions for the negotiation

• Draft investment and M&A proposal

• Facilitate and coordinate the internal / external approval process of the proposal

• Monitor and remind the risks in the transaction process

• Monthly reports on the activities of investment and M&A

• Other related tasks required by the managemen

Key Skills

• Fluent English in verbal and written

• French or Chinese will be highly beneficial

• Educated to Bachelor / Master degrees level (ideally subject in Business Administration, Engineering and Commerce is preferred)

• Senior experience in investment / M&A in renewable energy sector in Europe

• Experience with established local developers or investors is highly preferred

• Good MS Office skills, familiar with Financing modelling
