Propeller TV is a multimedia company delivering engaging Chinese related culture, lifestyle, entertainment and knowledge to the UK’s English speaking audience via TV, digital publishing, online, and live events. Due to the continued growth and demand for our service, the vacancy for a Marketing Project Manager has arisen within our office based in London.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Strategize and implement global digital campaigns, being responsible for all marketing channels in order to drive customer awareness and sales

• Work collaboratively with senior management team, providing guidance and recommendations to efficiently and effectively attain company’s needs for each marketing project

• Responsible for creating and managing project timelines utilizing information provided the company

• Design and implement effective marketing projects for the company marketing materials in Chinese e.g. brochures, presentations, digital advertising, social media & PR

• Lead the marketing team and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to develop strategy and positioning of ongoing local marketing projects targeting our key clients

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, particularly at a senior level

• Head up the marketing team with clear leadership, managing project budgets and implementin sight-driven marketing plans that support the marketing project to drive profit

• Develop new partnerships, relationship with targeting clients and negotiate pricing and contract terms

• Analyse and summarize effectiveness of marketing programmes from the marketing research and lead focus groups, surveys, promotional feedback and other survey methodology

• Oversee the training and performance evaluations of the Attraction & Lead Generation marketing team

The Candidate

• Bachelor degree or above

• Experience marketing project budget and experience in managing a marketing strategy

• Strong team management skills and confident defining and rolling out new and improved process

• Exceptional relationship management and negotiation skills

• Good command of Mandarin is preferable (particularly able to write and speak fluent Mandarin as you are required to deal with our large number of Chinese clients)
