Key Responsibilities
Welcoming guests & visitors
Verifying reservation details and allocating bedroom accordingly, to ensure customers’ requirements are met and the highest standards of service are provided
Taking payments at guest’s check out
Providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions and also assist guests with any other queries
Shift Pattern: 5 shifts a week (40 hours per week) on a rota basis including weekends
Experience & Qualifications
Hotel experience in a similar environment
Other Skills Required as Receptionist
Excellent communication skills, both in English and Mandarin
An eager enthusiasm for great customer care & service
Candidates must be flexible and able to cope and work under pressure
Working Knowledge / Experience of the OPERA system is highly desirable, however all necessary training will be provided
Literacy, numeracy and clear written / spoken English
