My client is a fast-growing ecommerce company, that are expanding their European operations and in specific their EMEA presence. In order to help them on this journey, they are now looking for an integrated B2B Marketing Manager, who will be responsible for creating campaigns that will increase acquisition across all channels. The B2B Marketing Manager will drive traffic to their website, as well as support the offline B2B marketing activities and in specific, events as well as creating collateral using In Design or Photoshop. The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for increasing conversion rates as well as developing creative brand campaigns to increase member acquisition and engagement. The B2B Marketing Manager will be responsible for generating leads, activating members and promoting new products. This will be across the whole B2B business through a mixed marketing and media approach. This role would suit an ambitious Marketing Manager who has developed integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels and in a B2B context, who is looking to work for a dynamic and entrepreneurial brand.

-   Integrated marketing campaign and brand development experience across multiple channels

-   Strong creative brief writer and can work with agencies

-   Experience of designing and building multi channel campaigns

-   Can design and create collateral across all channels

-   Has worked on B2B events such as road shows and can give presentations

-   Experience of delivering multi channel campaigns to international (e.g. China)

-   Has worked with SME's in a buyers / suppliers market as well as an ecommerce environment

-   Understands the needs of marketing in a B2B context

-   Experience of designing, building and executing complex multi-channel, multi-wave campaign programs

-   It would be ideal if you can speak Mandarin

-   It would be ideal if you have marketed to, or built relationships with a Chinese audience
