Due to an expanding client base with a footprint in Hong Kong and Singapore we are looking to recruit a Mandarin speaker with the skills required to expand the business in this area.

-   Direct report to Business Development Director

-   Insight / Data analysis and strategy development across new and existing client accounts - with a particular focus on UK, Europe and APAC

-   Qualification and analysis of all new business leads

-   Research and Brand Strategy tasks to team and BDD

-   Up to date understanding and analysis of our competition and a commercial awareness of our position in the market (reported monthly to Directors)

-   Attend client meetings or external networking opportunities

-   Coordinate Creative Spark marketing project calendar - including liaising with cold business partner, PR

-   Training and management of Interns

-   Sales pipeline and CRM management

-   Full ownership of sales resource scheduling, quoting and invoicing

-   Sales support to Client Services Team

-   Proposal / Pitch coordination

-   Research tasks for new and existing client development

-   Liaise with external SEO and content marketing supplier

-   Increase efficiencies across business processes

-   Mandarin language skills

-   Strong commercial understanding

-   Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a brand agency

-   Educated to degree level in Brand, Marketing or Communications, Masters degree would be preferable

-   Proficiency in foreign languages, in particular Mandarin and Cantonese

-   In depth knowledge of Traffic Live 18.0

-   Good understanding of SPSS Software

-   Passion for business development and marketing

-   Client facing and competitive pitch presentation

-   Ability to lead and coordinate a team

-   Flexibility in your approach, a team player and willing to go the extra mile to produce exceptional work for our clients

-   You’ll have good organisational skills and be able to multitask and work to tight schedules

-   Able to define and work within timelines
