To support the Head of Compliance by carrying out day-to-day compliances tasks including:
- On-boarding of Clients
- Complete KYC documentation
- Assisting with the cyclical review of KYC documentation
- Performing AML checks
- Escalating high risk issues to Head of Compliance
- Solid understanding of the current and future UK and International regulatory environment
- Liaising with different stakeholders in the firm
- Carrying out Compliance Projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to speak at least one Asian language (Chinese preferred) essential
- Ability to work independently when needed
- Fast learner and ability to apply new skills effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritise
- General knowledge of FCA Rulebooks
- Compliance experience within Brokerage firm preferred
