KNOW THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Digital Manager with knowledge of the China region to come and join our team.
As the International Digital Region Manager for China you will be accountable for managing the Digital sites for China (including mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macau) to maximise sales in this priority region. You will set a plan for and optimise site trading, identify opportunities, and manage performance and reporting for the region. You will coordinate and manage China region partners (e.g. across social channels, PPC) and support all related Operations unique to China (e.g. Translations, Supply Chain, Customer Services). You will provide regional expertise on the market, customer behaviours and key product knowledge. You will collaboratively work alongside our Digital teams as well as Buying & Merchandising and Marketing.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You have previous experience in Digital sales, Trading and Operations and have an understanding of Luxury and product. You will confidently be able to execute local initiatives in China. You will be a native Chinese speaker with a great awareness of the Chinese market from a local customer and product awareness perspective. Working collaboratively with various business areas across Selfridges you will be confident in building effective relationships and influencing stakeholders with your area of expertise. You will be able to work strategically as well as operationally to ensure the success of your region.
