Frank Lloyd Wright was an American architect and interior designer. He has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects as “the greatest American architect of all time.” Wright called his style “Organic Architecture” because he sought to design structures in harmony with the environment. He designed over 1,000 structures over the course of a 70 year career. His most famous structure is Fallingwater in Mill Run, Pennsylvania. Wright constructed the house on top of a 30 foot waterfall. Many structures designed by Wright are now tourist attractions because of their beauty and innovative design.
