About AIG



Alpha Incubation Group  (AIG) is  a  business incubation centre. We provide help to new start-ups and/or existing small businesses with low cost working venue and facilities, designated professional mentoring and training programs, funding and investor pursuing, commercial and legal process facilitation and other consulting services.


AIG’s first phase of facility has a site of over 150M2 with 10+ workstations ready for new and small businesses to use on a flexible, easy-in/out licensee policy. Other additional offices in Perth CBD will be allocated as required.  All the working areas are air-conditioned and equipped with full telecommunication.


To effectively support the development of the new businesses, Licensees are limited to a period of one year occupancy, which should be sufficient enough to set up the business, develop the team and skills, as well as experiment and implement appropriate operational procedures.


Position

Office Admin


Requirements:


Bachelor degree or above, great communication and customer service skills, confident and responsible, enthusiastic, knowledge and experience in Australian education and migration system or recruitment an advantage, proficient in English and Chinese/Mandarin. A good understand of finance, business management and IT applications would be an advantage.


Duties:


Office administration, providing advice to clients on Australian education and migration and visa issues, assistance to senior consultants, preparation of documents,

communication with customers and relevant authorities, record keeping, customer services and marketing.


E-Marketing and Social Media Specialist


Requirements:


  • Managing social media posts and campaign schedules to set good company brand image, running paid campaigns, competitions and boosting posts.

  •  Monitoring and responding to all owned social media and third party review platforms with a customer centric approach

  • Developing and collecting creative content including taking photos and basic editing, copywriting post captions, creating simple videos and working with external suppliers to develop animations and high-quality videos

  • Developing & executing campaign and competition ideas

  • Contributing to annual marketing strategy, assisting with scheduled marketing campaigns and supporting regular website content updates as required


Duties:


  • Working with website builder to set up different websites to meet Company’s different business needs.


  • Managing social media posts and campaign schedules to set good company brand image, running paid campaigns, competitions and boosting posts.

  • Developing & executing campaign and competition ideas
