中国西南美国商会“ 9月免费下午茶讲座——PPP项目法律风险防范策略及税务影响和策划”于2015年9月11日在重庆万汇中心成功举办！2015 AmCham Chongqing September Afternoon Tea Seminar “Legal Risks Prevention Strategies Measures and Tax Considerations and Planning for PPP Projects” was successfully held on Sept.11th at Wanhui Center in Chongqing. 此次讲座由中国西南美国商会、万汇中心、中豪律师集团以及普华永道主办。This seminar is co-organized by AmCham, Wanhui Center, Zhonghao Law Firm and PWC. 来自500强企业，美商会会员企业和合作单位高管，法务，财务及PPP项目相关部门负责人参加了本次的下午茶讲座。This seminar attracted many guests including Amcham members, top500 companies, cooperation companies’ senior managers and PPP project managers. 讲座上，中豪律师事务所合伙人杨青先生从PPP法律体系概述，PPP项目政府采购法律风险及其防范，PPP项目招标法律风险及其防范等六个方面对PPP项目的相关法律知识做出了详细的解释。At the seminar, Mr. Eagle Yang, partner of Zhonghao law firm, explained the PPP project from the following aspects: summary of PPP legal system; legal risk prevention of government procurement for PPP projects; legal risks prevention of tender invitation for PPP projects and etc. 普华永道中国税务及商务咨询服务总监陈刚先生从PPP项目公司，项目建设及运营期，项目期满移交等多方面为来宾进行了详细的阐述。Mr. Gang Chen, Director of PWC China Tax and Business Advisory, also explained the PPP project from the tax aspect including tax considerations of project company set-up; tax consideration in project company construction and operation period and etc.会后，参会人员还同杨青先生，陈刚先生进行了面对面的交流并就自己的实际情况向两位主讲人进行了咨询。After the presentation section, guests had in-depth discussions with the speakers. 最后，我们衷心地感谢出席此次讲座的美商会会员及朋友们！感谢中豪律师集团、普华永道中国及万汇中心对本次活动的大力支持使得此次活动取得圆满成功！In the end, we sincerely appreciate the great supports of AmCham members and friends, Zhonghao law firm, PWC as well as Wanhui Center for making this event a success.
