The Opportunity

We are currently looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Associates to join the team in our Tax-Free Shopping and Export Bureau located in a major Knightsbridge department store.

The Role

The job will involve interacting with tourists from all over the world, explaining the Tax-Free Shopping procedure, completing their VAT paperwork and assisting with a wide range of enquiries.The successful candidate must have exceptional customer service and communication skills, a high standard of personal presentation and a service-driven, hard-working attitude. Ability to work a flexible schedule is essential, as the role will involve working some evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Requirements

A minimum of six months luxury retail experience is essential and the ability to speak a second language particularly Mandarin, would be advantageous.
