Engaging Employees: How CSR and HR are Collaborating to Encourag Employee Retention and Advancement
AmCham Shanghai’s Business Council for Sustainability and Responsibility (BCSR) has teamed up with the HR Committee to invite you to participate in this year’s first session of the CSR Capacity Building Series, a discussion on Engaging Employees: How CSR and HR are Collaborating to Encourage Employee Retention and Advancement. The event is on April 12 from 10:00-11:30 at the AmCham Shanghai Conference Center.
The Capacity Building Series are workshop sessions for CSR professionals and NGO leaders to build capacity and explore partnerships. Join this session to discuss the future trends of HR management and the role of CSR in these trends. Learn how CSR can contribute to attracting, managing and retaining talents and how it resonates with companies’ developing strategies.
CSR experts Dr. Ko Liu Ying, CSR Director, Shanghai United Family Hospital and Lan Lan, CSR Manager, PwC China & Hong Kong will present their programs for employee retention, engagement and advancement in two succinct presentation followed by a panel discussion moderated by Alex Kam, VP and Director of HR, Mccormick.
