National law firm Holding Redlich has welcomed new partner Harry Kingsley to its Corporate and Commercial practice group in Melbourne.

Harry Kingsley

Harry was previously a member of the leadership team and chief legal counsel for Pacific National, Australia’s largest rail operator of bulks and intermodal freight in Australia. Harry has also served as the Senior Strategy Counsel working on strategic M&A projects for Asciano Limited.

A senior corporate and commercial lawyer, Harry has extensive legal industry experience working in private practice and organisations in the transport and financial services industries as well as working as an investment banking professional working on IPOs, secondary market raisings and M&A transactions for small and mid-cap ASX listed companies.

He will work across the firm’s corporate and commercial, transport, financial services and agribusiness teams.

Harry said he was very pleased to be joining Holding Redlich’s Corporate and Commercial team.

“I am looking forward to bringing my transactional experience, industry roles in agribusiness and transport, and a former client’s unique perspective to Holding Redlich’s own clients,” Harry said.

“Holding Redlich’s ability to offer top tier corporate expertise to national clients out of its Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane offices made it a highly attractive place for me to attract new clients.”

National managing partner Ian Robertson welcomed Harry to the firm: “Harry brings with him a wealth of knowledge about the highly complex areas of transport, financial services and agribusiness.

“We welcome him to Holding Redlich and are confident he will be a key member of this growing practice group.”

Melbourne managing partner Howard Rapke said Harry will be a great asset to the Corporate and Commercial group.

“Harry brings to the firm an impressive array of professional experience. We are very pleased to welcome him to our Melbourne office.”
