We are looking for two Financial Accounts Manager to join the company. These are permanent positions with starting salary between £23,000 - £28,500 per annum. There is further scope of career progression as our Asian market business expands.

-   You will be responsible for opening client trading accounts in line with FCA regulations, performing verification checks, fund transfers, balance reconciliations and other similar duties

-   Your main clients will be based in China and Taiwan and you will be liaising with them through different mediums of communication – email, phone as well as web based apps

-   You will also be required to provide assistance to the clients especially with regards to their use of their accounts, the trading platform in general or any other enquiries

-   You will also be responsible for translating official documents as well as preparing client care letters in both English and Chinese (Simplified and Traditional)

-   Your working hours will generally be from 08:30-17:30, typically for a 40-hour week and you will be based in our London office

-   A bachelor’s degree with minimum 2.1, preferably in business, economics or other related subjects

-   A native proficiency in both written Chinese (Simplified and Traditional) and spoken Mandarin

-   A good level of written and spoken English

-   Previous experience with Salesforce and MTM trading platform

-   This position is only open to candidates of settled status in the UK and unfortunately, we cannot accept applications which do not meet this criterion

-   An MSc degree in Business or other related subjects

-   Translation experience or a translation qualification

-   Knowledge of FCA regulation and experience relating to Foreign Exchange Trading

-   Experience in drafting Client Agreements and Contracts
