As a Marketing Consultant, you will receive training to learn about the company and its products/services while having team leader by your side as you grow. -   To meet monthly sales target set by line managers

-   Identify, develop and implement effective marketing approaches

-   Increase UKPATHWAY market share in the industry

-   Answer all initial inquires from Chinese students and graduates about our services

-   Conduct one-to-one consultation with clients and provide accurate, tailored, and high quality advice to assist clients with their schools or related applications

-   Update professional knowledge and skills regularly and ensure that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct

-   Successfully enable suitable candidates to join our programme

-   Maintain a good relationship with clients and keep them informed timely during the application process

-   Have an ability to deal with work pressures as and when they arise, along with the ability to priorities a complex and sometimes heavy workload is essential

-   A high degree of self-motivation and ambition

-   Strong communication and organisational skills

-   The skills to work both independently and as part of a team

-   A passion about education and UK job market research
