As Senior Sales Advisor you will play a key role in assisting the Store Manager in leading, developing and inspiring a team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Exciting Opportunity in Flagship Swatch Store located on Oxford Street, Fantastic opportunity to join an established and exciting Brand on the capitals busiest high street. People development and training are key principles for our teams at Swatch; and this Flagship store has great visibility and scope for progression joining an established, passionate and high performing team.

Tour Guide - Oxford Street is famous for its tourism seeing on average 30% of people visiting being tourists. This role is about capitalizing on that market by seeking out and negotiating with external companies to increase tourist footfall into the store.

About You:

An inspirational leader with a passion for leading and developing a high performing engaged team

Experience in negotiation or track record of increasing KPIs

A proven track record in retail management (Minimum Team Leader/Supervisor)

Commercial Awareness and understanding of managing KPIs
