The Manx Internet Commerce Ltd is looking for an HR assistant to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. Your role is to act as the liaison between HR Department and employees, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries. You will also support our daily HR activities and assist in coordinating HR policies, processes and relevant documents.


An ideal candidate for the human resources assistant position holds an academic HR background. Familiarity with our industry is also an advantage. For this role, you should be able to work autonomously and assist in more complex HR duties, like posting job ads, coordinating interviews and contacting candidates.


Key Responsibilities and Accountability:


1. Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties


2. Assisting with applying for Isle of Man Tier 2 Visas, work permit


3. Providing clerical and administrative support to Recruitment Manager


4. Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)


5. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)


6. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes


7. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations


8. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc)


9. Communicate with public services, banks and other relevant departments when necessary


10. Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures


11. Assist with recruitment (locally, UK Area, EU Area)


12. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews


13. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees


14. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database


15. Understand relevant local legislation and regulation




Requirement:


1. Three years or more HR experiences

2. PC literacy

3. Basic knowledge of Employment laws and Immigration procedure

4. Excellent organizational skills

5. Strong communications skills

6. Must be fluent reading, writing, speaking English

7. Mandarin speaking is a must
