• Experience in finance and supply chain roles

• Proven experience in complex analytical problem solving

• High level of proficiency using appropriate analytical tools & techniques

• Previous experience in managing large projects end to end

• Experience writing or contributing to board level presentations and reports

• Experience presenting to senior business stakeholders

• Experience working in the retail sector in China / other key Asian markets

• Previous experience with project management tools

• Minimum Bachelor of Commerce or equivalent qualification essential

• Fluency in Mandarin / other key Asian languages preferred but not essential

• MBA, CPA or similar business qualification an advantage

• Project management accreditations an advantage

• Contribute to quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve complex problems across the Export business

• Monitor sales and profit performance of each Export customer / product and periodically review accordingly

• Design / drive cadence of broader Export program, including tracking of all open actions management to key meetings / milestones

• Manage annual budgeting process and manage Export team to deliver on budget throughout the year

• Coordinate internal stakeholders across sourcing, merchandise, operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to deliver on orders

• Coordinate finance stakeholders across the business (e.g., in Meat, Liquor teams) to aggregate weekly sales and reporting for all Export activity

• Support the development and execution of project plans to deliver against the strategic priorities of the Export business

• Understand business contexts and key stakeholders as key inputs to the development of plans that will drive effective business change

• Manage external partners to successfully deliver on agreed strategies
