特别tips：

研究经历很加分，项目交换、工作实习经历等。个人自述重点主要在形成一个从研究经历到实习经历到申请项目到职业规划的内部的逻辑，和突出自己和别人不同的点。申请金融的话除了金融必备的quantitative skill（定量分析技巧）之外突出自己对某些行业的business awareness（商业觉醒）就比较重要。在申请这些名校时一定要早做规划，尽早确定专业方向，素材积累。
