2018年3月15日，美商会携手毕马威企业咨询（中国）有限公司成都分公司在成都钓鱼台精品酒店成功举办了美商会美国最新税改讲座。

On March 15, 2018, AmCham together with KPMG Advisory (China) Limited Chengdu Branch successfully held the latest US Tax Reform Seminar at Diaoyutai Boutique Hotel Chengdu.

本次讲座吸引了来自盈科律师事务所、德州仪器、依欧格、是德科技、易思维、中美联泰、伟创力、四川纵横航空等45家公司，共计50余中高层管理人员参加，到场嘉宾与毕马威专家们积极互动，共同探讨美国税制改革对跨国公司在美国的投资、并购业务的影响。

The seminar attracted more than 50 managers and CEOs from 45 companies including Yingke Law Firm, Texas Instruments, EOG Resources, Keysight Technologies, Yishiwei Software, Metlife, Flextronics and AllPoints Jet Co., Ltd. These distinguished guests actively interacted with KPMG experts, discussing the impact of the American tax reform on transnational corporations' investment and m&a in the United States.

毕马威中国的税务合伙人谭伟先生围绕美国税制改革这一话题向来宾们介绍了中国企业赴美投资情况，中国及主要发达国家企业法定企业所得税和间接税税率的现状，分析了中国企业开展海外投资项目需关注的重点税务问题，并从控股架构、融资架构、运营安排三个方面与嘉宾们分享了税务筹划的重点。

Mr. Wayne Tan, tax partner of KPMG introduced investment status from China to the U.S.A, the corporate income tax rates and indirect tax rates of major developed countries and China. Then he analyzed the key tax issues concerning overseas investment projects that Chinese companies need to focus on. At last, he shared the key points of tax planning from the aspects of the control structure, financing structure and operation arrangement.

毕马威中国的境外投资税务总监连咏恩女士为宾客们讲解了美国税制概览、美国税改流程、减税与就业法案的具体内容和美国税改的重要举措，分析了美国税改对中国企业的影响。

Ms. Karen Lin, tax director of Outbound Investment Service explained the overview of the U.S. tax system, the processes of tax reform, the specific contents of Tax Cut and Jobs Act and important measures of the US. Tax Reform. She gave her own opinions on the influence of this reform.

最后，毕马威税务专家们为在场嘉宾分享了中国对美国税制改革的响应，并通过一对一问答的形式共同探讨了在美国税制改革背景下，跨国公司遇到的实际税务问题和相应的解决思路。

In the end, the KPMG experts shared China’s response to the US Tax Reform. The attendees together with KPMG experts discussed the practical tax problems that transnational companies faced with and the solutions under the background of the US tax reform.
