About The Role

They are currently expanding their team by hiring a Administration Assistant to join them with a focus on China based business. Working for the Adviser to Directors and supporting the MDs and other colleagues you will use your Mandarin language skills and excellent administration and communications skills to assist in the following areas:

 

• Maintaining and developing an extensive network of contacts in China and elsewhere

• Helping arrange, support and conduct, high level meetings in China and the UK

• Insightful and discreet note taking at high level external meetings

• Contributing to the thinking on both strategy and search engagements particularly with regard to the Chinese dimension

• Coordinating logistics for meetings, travel and accommodation often taking place in China

• Travelling to China on a regular basis to provide support as required

• Creating high quality and accurately proof-read, documents, client presentations and materials using the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

• Research and ad-hoc projects including admin support where needed
