“想在英国留下来很难”，“除非你特别优秀，否则基本不可能拿到工签”……这类“危言”大家是不是听到无数遍了呢？

在这样的环境下，你是不是吓得都不愿尝试，就放弃了争取的权利？

U小编想说的是，如果你勇敢，还是要试一试！

的确，相比其他英联邦国家，英国对于国际学生的容纳量显得未免太过“小气”，但在英国就业的难度系数的确被夸张了。对于一个总人口只有6400万，面积不到25万平方公里的岛国来说，英国对外来务工者签证总数并不设限！

所以，在英国工作的愿望并非遥不可及。但作为歪果仁想留下来享受英国福利可以，但是你需要证明你有着腐国人民不可替代的才能，你所在的职位非你不可。

国际学生毕业后通常只剩下约4个月有效签证，续签则有以下可选种类：Tier 2 Work Permit（工作签证）、Tier 4 GeneralStudent（学生签证）和Tier 5 Temporary Worker（临时工作签证）。此外，也可通过申请企业家移民Tier 1来进行续签。

在英国，2014年共有约35万毕业生，需要工签才能在英国合法工作的国际学生有约30万人，但毕业生职位空缺只有23万。而直到2015年7月1日为止，全英国注册拥有Tier 2和Tier 5签证担保资格的机构，仅29312个。这只是全英国约350万个企业的九牛一毛。据统计，每年能拿到工作相关签证的毕业生占总毕业生人数基本在5%以下。2014年共有5639名学生获得Tier 2工作签证。

虽说英国政府声明Tier 2签证的申请数量不设上限，但英国政府对于外来务工人员的质量把关较严，申请工作签证按计点积分制，来对申请者的工种，英语水平，薪水标准严格要求。

Tier 2 英国工作签证（雇佣合同、CoS、工资津贴、英语语言能力）

申请者在从英国认证机构认证的高校毕业后，需要获得由英国边境管理署认可的担保机构发出的雇佣通知，并且从事技能型工作，最低年薪达到￡20，500/年。申请工签前，必须具备雇主签发的担保证明CoS （Certificate of Sponsorship），所获得的工作许可只准许你做这一份工作。一旦辞职或被解雇，这份工作许可立刻作废，工作签证也同时作废。此时，你必须在28天内找到新工作，并开始申请工作许可，否则必须离境。所以，若中途换工作，要向新雇主要求为新的申请工作许可。如果工作许可到期后，你仍然为同一雇主工作，可以申请工作许可延期。若你找到一份“技能型工种”的工作，你需要确认该公司是否有CoS，以及是否支付你最低￡20，500/年的薪水。

Tier 5临时工作签证（实习工作、CoS）

最长时间12个月，到期无法在英国境内转为其他类型或延签，必须出境回国。持有T5签证不计入申请永居的累计时间。申请Tier 5签证前需要先找到一份实习工作，需要找到一个sponsor来获取Certificate of Sponsorship（CoS），寻找担保机构有两种途径：若雇主公司本来就有作为Tier 5 担保资格，直接让公司发一份CoS即可；若申请实习的公司较小，暂时没有Tier 5 Sponsor资格，可以找一些专门发CoS的机构来申请担保资格。

签证与工作相辅相成

合法工作需要签证，而是否拥有签证又左右着申请工作的成功率。签证和工作offer相互作用，相辅相成。在很多大型企业的网申步骤中，会首先询问求职者是否拥有在英国合法工作的签证，若答案为“否”，则有很高概率直接被淘汰。如此简单粗暴的过滤方式使招聘方提供能更高效地筛选人才。若同职位竞聘者在学历、工作能力相当的情况下，英国本国公民或者欧盟成员国公民或更受青睐。但中国市场一直被许多欧洲企业视为商业拓展的重点市场，中国学生的语言及文化优势在英国求职市场上的优势逐渐凸显。
