她，这位90后姑娘在英国短短5年的时间里，曾经拿到过《时尚芭莎》英国版、Christian Dior等多家知名时尚产业品牌的实习工作，并且已经创立了属于自己的时装品牌。
1992年出生在中国青岛的鲁慧自幼钟情电视行业，一心进入媒体圈的鲁慧，在高考时遭遇了人生的挫折，由于和第一志愿中国传媒大学失之交臂，在妈妈的支持下，鲁慧选择到英国继续深造、修读新闻本科。
2010年鲁慧带着对英国生活的憧憬来到谢菲尔德大学修读新闻专业，但是那里的乡村气息和幽静生活很快让鲁慧感觉到和自己的性格极不适合。因此在第一年的学业结束之后，鲁慧辗转来到伦敦，进入中央圣马丁以及伦敦时装学院学习时尚媒体新闻、时装以及时尚创意设计。
第一份实习
在伦敦的学习进入正轨，2012年暑假，为了积累更多的实习经验，鲁慧开始着手申请到伦敦后的第一份兼职工作，因为热爱时尚行业，鲁慧把目光锁定在Somerset House的实习和志愿者岗位上，因为这里每年都要举办伦敦时装周和伦敦珠宝展，这是鲁慧非常想参与的两项工作。
先是在Somerset House的官网上反复申请了若干职位而没有得到任何回覆后，性格积极的鲁慧坐不住了。她带上自己的英文简历、照片，直奔Somerset House的管理办公室，虽然没有任何预约，但鲁慧还是大着胆子和前台接待说自己和人事部主管Michelle有个面试约会，尽管她当时对Michelle的全部了解都是从Somerset House的官网上获得的。
原本没有抱太大希望，但是令鲁慧意想不到的是，两分钟后Michelle就出现在了自己面前。待鲁慧说明来意后，Michelle对鲁慧进行了简单的面试，然后告诉鲁慧，她可以回去等待进一步的通知。
鲁慧说：“当时很紧张，觉得自己唐突的过去毛遂自荐，应该是没有希望了，但是没想到，刚到家就接到了Michelle的电话，希望她可以提供学校的在读证明。”
鲁慧随即开始了为期一个月的实习工作。鲁慧说：“尽管当时自我感觉自己的英文还可以，但是和英国本地的学生一起实习还是可以感觉到明显的差距和压力。但是实习的收获非常大，我的工作也得到了Michelle的认可。”鲁慧在之后和Michelle的交谈中得知，正是自己的积极主动打动了Michelle，Michelle非常欣赏工作中有魄力、有自信的年轻人。
在随后的大学时光里，鲁慧陆续在曾在Christian Dior英国总部担任时尚活动策划助理，在英国时尚芭莎Harper's Bazaar UK总部担任时装编辑助理，并在英国精英杂志社BONDMagazine担任时尚策划总监和Social Media Editor等相关工作。2014年鲁慧推出了公司旗下时装品牌SUKI LONDON，2015年6月成功举办了SUKI LONDON 2015年秋冬新品时装发布会。
