The Role

Directly reporting to Operations manager and based at one of the busiest airport, as a tourist services sales consultant you will be interacting with passengers from across the globe; using your empathy with tourists and a desire to provide excellent service you will sell the best possible products to meet all our customers budget and needs; our product range includes hotels, transport solutions, SIM cards, smartphone accessories, tours and attractions, experiences and lots more. Meeting the daily sales targets, KPI and providing excellent customer service are the key element of this role.

• Ideally you will also be able to speak another language as the majority of our customers come from outside the UK. At present we are looking for Mandarin, Arabic, French and Spanish speakers, but if you speak something else or don’t know another language we still want to hear from you
