This is an exciting opportunity to join OMEGA in the position of Retail Sales Advisor in our Boutique on Bond Street or in Royal Exchange. In this role, you will be dedicated to achieve personal sales targets and therefore contribute to the overall success of the Boutique. With your excellent understanding of the values, culture and heritage of the brand as well as a full understanding of the technical elements of our watches, you identify yourself with the company and create and maintain solid relationships with our very demanding customers. With your enthusiasm and engagement you contribute to OMEGA’s success.
You have already had a similar position within the prestige or luxury segment, ideally in the watch industry. As well as being passionate about delivering a memorable experience to our clients with a first class service, you take initiative and demonstrate a real talent for sales and human contact. Confident and immaculately presented, your strong communication skills reflect your ability to be a suitable brand ambassador. The ability to speak Mandarin or Arabic is desirable but not essential.
