Justop are offering a great opportunity to work with them as an Apprentice. You will gain valuable on-the-job experience while working towards and industry recognised Customer Service qualification.

The Role

You will be trained to support customers over the phone and though digital communication, helping and advising them on their product purchases and supporting deliveries. As your skills and abilities develop, so will your responsibilities. These will include: 

• Supporting customers via telephone, email and Live Chat

• Liaising with carriers regarding deliveries

• Processing customer orders electronically and manually

• Updating website / maintaining product information

• This is a great chance to gain experience and learn lots of specialist skills while working towards an apprenticeship qualification
