We are a successful FCA - regulated forex broker who provides a world class online financial trading experience. We are dedicated to providing industry –leading technology to the international trading community. We are looking to appoint a Digital Marketing Manager to support our Asian Business. You will report to the Head of Digital Marketing in this full time permanent position.

The key purpose of this role is to drive growth and develop successful strategies across multiple digital channels and international sites with a strong focus on the Chinese market.

Other Main Duties And Responsibilities Include

• Liaison with the centralised marketing team and local market specialists to roll out appropriate campaigns in the regions in line with the wider marketing strategy

• Support the creation and delivery of key online and offline campaigns

• Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness

• Maintain websites and manage social media presence

• Ensureall metrics are in place to track, analyse, optimise, report and recommend on all digital acquisition communications

• Ensureall campaigns cohere to the overall global marketing strategy

• Provide regular campaign performance, customer strategy and consumer insight reports

• Evaluation of customer research, market conditions and competitor data which will be mostly in Mandarin

• Develop and implement digital marketing  and content strategy  and keep up to date with new marketing trends

• Develop, deliver  and maintain an integrated  marketing automation platform in conjunction with sales force to deliver an enhanced customer experience

• To be able to fulfil this role it is requirement to be fluent in Mandarin

Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Have

• Success in a similar position for a FCA regulated company

• Proven multinational experience with digital marketing approaches focussed on the Chinese market

• Evidence of success in developing the customer experience on desktop, mobile and tablet devices

• Ability to communicate a clear view of industry best practice and latest digital trends

• Financial Services regulatory knowledge and experience of the compliance approval process

• Degree in Marketing Qualified member of the Institute of Direct Marketing, CIM or equivalent
