This program will be conducted in English.
If you’ve ever visited a beach in the United States, you’ve probably seen people casually playing catch with children and dogs using a Frisbee. But this game doesn’t even compare to Ultimate Frisbee which is closer to soccer than a beach sport. Did you know that there is a formalized professional game of Ultimate Frisbee with rules, leagues, and international competitions? Come to the BAC to learn about this popular and unique sport that now has over 5 million players in the U.S.! It’s played on almost every major college campus and it’s a fun, relaxing way to exercise and make some friends. Join us as we discuss the history of the sport (invented on a U.S. college campus), and offer some fun tips for playing right here in Beijing or in the U.S. at college.
This program is not suitable for children under 6.

You must bring a valid photo ID in order to get into our Center. No large bags will be allowed into the Beijing American Center (BAC) for this event.
