Required by International relocation company based in Ashford, Kent. The successful applicant will be target driven and sales focused with the ability to provide an excellent customer service experience.
- Inbound & outbound call handling to drive sales and ensure quality customer service to our international client base
- Customer complaint handling
- SMS correspondence with customers
- Email, SMS and Web correspondence with customers
- Fluent in English both written and verbally (A 2nd, European or Chinese language would be beneficial)
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills and the ability to use initiative
- Upselling abilities
- International experience with multi-national service based organisations and centralised customer service (1 years)
- Previous B2B and B2C experience preferred
We envisage this role will involve working on a shift pattern, Monday to Friday, and rotated weekend work. In addition the successful candidates will have their own transport, be living in or willing to relocate to Ashford (help with relocation and costs provided) and have the right to work in the UK.
